· Inspiring, packed with messages of hope, this is one of the finest daily readers for alcoholics I have seen during my 27 years as an active member of AA. By combining biblical scripture with pertinent quotes from AA literature and then adding excerpts from his own story, the author provides a venue through which the reader can easily put these valuable tools into his or her own program each day.
